The greatest volume of 75,1 % from total amount of civil work around the city Almaty is executed by the private building organizations and 24,9 % is pattern of ownership of other states, their legal bodies and citizens, informs department of statistics of a city.
According to statisticians in structure of contract works of 98,1 % from total amount 0,4 % is on major repairs and 1,5 % is on operating repair were necessary on civil and erection works.
In total amount of the works (services) executed by the building organizations the greatest share of 54,9 %, works on erection of buildings occupy 11,6 % electro assembly kinds of works and 7,4 % of work is on building end.
The volume of the civil work executed on housing construction has made 7292,4 million tenge or 30,1 % from total amount of the executed civil work. The greatest share of 48,2 % in volume of the executed civil work is occupied with the organizations of Bostandyksky, 15,8 % - Medeuskiy and 13,7 % - Almalinsky areas.
